HELP US BY SUBMITTING YOUR ARTICLES ON TIME!
- Please email articles to newsletter@LaJollaHighPTA.org
- Deadlines are:
- Aug/Sept: Wednesday July 15, 2009
- Oct/Nov: Friday Sept. 11, 2009
- Dec/Jan: Saturday Nov. 7, 2009
- Feb/Mar: Saturday Jan. 9, 2010
- April/May: Saturday March 6, 2010
- June: Saturday May 8, 2010
- Please keep your articles brief and to the point! This saves the editors and proofreaders time, and allows us to deliver the newsletter on schedule.
- Please submit your article in MS Word format and do not use all capital letters. Articles may be edited for length.
- Times New Roman 10 pt. font
- Single-spaced
- No indents
- Left-justified only
- REMEMBER: We all need to reduce expenses, save paper, and hold the reader’s attention – keep your articles short and to the point.
- The editor, Jane Pulliam, will send a confirmation of receipt for each article submitted – please watch for it and email her at newsletter@LaJollaHighPTA.org if you don’t receive confirmation. Electronic submission ONLY.
